Store policies are pretty simple.
1.No refunds
2.I ship the best quality items but if you are not happy just send the item back and I will replace it for you.
3.Any concerns feel free to contact me anytime.
4.If postal doesn't properly deliver your package i will replace the order but you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
